The Little Loaf Micro Bakery (@littleloafaz) is a tiny, home-based micro bakery that began in Illinois and is now based in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was created from a love of simple ingredients, slow-fermented dough, and the joy of feeding a local community.

The Little Loaf is owned and operated by Jessica Stewart, also known as Micro Bakery Girl, where she shares the real, behind-the-scenes of building a small home bakery from a regular kitchen.

Today, The Little Loaf AZ has become a Scottsdale neighborhood favorite. It is a place people turn to for fresh sourdough, small-batch cookies, and a warm, personal touch you just don’t find in stores.

Everything is baked in small batches, with Sunday pre-orders opening only when inspiration, season, and schedule align. Pickups happen on Fridays, and the menu stays intentionally simple, consistent, and handmade using high-quality ingredients.

There’s no storefront and no production line. Just a home kitchen, a passion for baking, and a community that continues to make this little bakery feel special.

Whether you’ve picked up a loaf before or you’re just discovering The Little Loaf, thank you for supporting small-batch, handmade baking here in Scottsdale. If you’re local and would like to learn more or place an order, you can do that here:
